SPRINTR is a national initiative for research and coordination in the development of precision medicine. SPRINTR gathers actors from across the country to become a research infrastructure for the development and validation of biomarker-driven treatment strategies in cancer.
SPRINTR research is designed to accelerate precision medicine in prostate cancer. It will facilitate high quality biomarker research, clinical trial design, recruitment, and follow-up, drug discovery, and health economy and quality of life assessment. It comprises four integrated parts, all adding critial components to the open research infrastructure.
Retrospective biomarker evaluation in performed clinical trials
SPRINTR is creating a scalable infrastructure to ensure safe, flexible, and smart data solutions for researchers and industry.
SPRINTR is based on the national multidisciplinary research network, clinical speciality networks, and close collaboration with patient organization and other national infrastructures in precision medicine

SPRINTR's Steering Group drives strategic direction, sets priorities, and shapes the long-term development of our collective work.
SPRINTR's Advisory Board offers independent expert guidance across scientific, strategic, and methodological questions.
SPRINTR collaborates with Swedish infrastructures as well as researchers, authorities, and companies within the field of life science and precision medicine
SPRINTR studies and infrastructure are funded by different sources, but the main contribution to the whole SPRINTR is from Sjöbergstiftelsen
